Direct booking terms

Confirmation and payment. A booking is confirmed when a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total price is received. The remaining 70% is due 30 days before arrival. Bookings made 30 days or less before arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations. If the guest cancels more than 30 days before arrival, the 30% deposit will be retained. Cancellations made 30 days or less before arrival, no-shows and early departures are charged at 100% of the booking price. If BookMeCanary cancels and cannot offer an acceptable alternative, all amounts paid will be refunded in full.

Damage. No security deposit is currently required. Guests remain liable for damage caused by themselves or members of their party, excluding normal wear and tear.

Cleaning. Final cleaning after check-out is always included in the booking price. The booking does not include cleaning services during the stay. Guests may request interim or additional cleaning, subject to availability and payment of the price quoted by BookMeCanary. The service will only be considered booked after the guest has expressly accepted its scope and price.

Insurance. Travel and cancellation insurance is recommended.

For bookings made through Booking.com, Airbnb, FeWo-direkt or another platform, the terms displayed and accepted on that platform prevail.
