Welcome to your accommodation in Gran Canaria

We want you to enjoy the accommodation with the same comfort and peace of mind as you would in your own home. Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. and check-out must take place before 12:00 noon. If you require different times, please contact us in advance and we will try to accommodate your request whenever availability allows.

Our properties are located in residential settings, so we particularly appreciate your respecting the neighbours’ rest between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Parties, gatherings that may cause disturbance and visits from anyone not included in the booking are not permitted.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking and vaping are also prohibited inside the property; they are only permitted on the balcony or terrace, where available, and an ashtray must always be used.

The property may only be occupied by the guests included in the booking and its authorised capacity must not be exceeded.

Please treat the furniture, appliances and communal areas with care. If any fault, damage or loss of keys occurs, let us know as soon as possible so that we can assist you. The person responsible for the booking may be charged for damage caused during the stay.

Final cleaning after check-out is always included in the booking price. Cleaning service is not included during your stay. If you would like an interim or additional cleaning, you can book this service separately with us. Please contact us for availability and pricing.

Before leaving the property, remember to close all doors and windows and dispose of rubbish in the bins indicated for each accommodation. We do not expect you to carry out a full clean, but we do ask that the property be left in a reasonable condition. An additional charge would only apply if extraordinary cleaning is required.
