Cancellation policy

For direct bookings, confirmation requires a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount. The remaining 70% is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made 30 days or less in advance, the full amount is due upon confirmation. In case of cancellation more than 30 days in advance, the 30% deposit will be retained. Cancellations made 30 days or less in advance, no-shows, and early departures will incur a 100% penalty. If the booking is made through Booking.com, Airbnb, FeWo-direkt, or another platform, the terms and conditions of that platform will apply. We recommend purchasing travel and cancellation insurance.
